Kentucky High School Volleyball - Boyd County over Bullitt East
August 19, 2023: Ashland, KY 41102 Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lions battle the East Carter Raiders (Grayson, KY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 22. Boyd County will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Fairview (Ashland, KY).
With the loss, Bullitt East drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY) to battle the Gators in a non-league match on Saturday, August 19. The Gators come into the match with a record of 3-1. Greenwood won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY)
