August 19, 2023: North Hollywood, CA 91601 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) and the visiting High Tech Mesa Thunder (San Diego, CA), saw North Hollywood's volleyball squad nip High Tech Mesa by a tally of 1-0.
With the win, North Hollywood upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Huskies host East Valley (North Hollywood, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-0. East Valley won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Panorama (Panorama City, CA)
The Thunder now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest SD for a non-league bout on Monday, August 21. High Tech Mesa will play a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-2.
