The McKinney Lions topped the host Lake Highlands Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Lynch for a non-league test on Saturday, August 19. McKinney will confront a Friars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Friars record now stands at 7-4.
