With the win, San Marcos upgrades its record to 7-8 on the year. The Rattlers travel to Bastrop (Bastrop, TX) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Bastrop lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Manor (Manor, TX)
