August 19, 2023: Fullerton, CA 92831 Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Troy Warriors (Fullerton, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 22. Portola will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Tillers come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA).
With the loss, Troy drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to El Modena (Orange, CA) to battle the Vanguards in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 22. The Vanguards come into the match with a record of 4-2. El Modena lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Esperanza (Anaheim, CA)
