California High School Volleyball - Windward tips St. Joseph
August 19, 2023: Santa Maria, CA 93455 Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 19. Windward will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Royals come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA).
With the loss, St. Joseph drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA) to battle the Chargers in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 22. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 2-2. Dos Pueblos lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA)
