In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Belton Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Rudder Rangers.

The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Madisonville beat Teague (Teague, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rangers meet the Industrial Cobras (Vanderbilt, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. Rudder will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Cobras go into the test with a 9-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX).
