The Highland Fighting Scots volleyball squad (Marengo, OH), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH)

With the win, North Union improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wildcats host London (London, OH) to encounter the Red Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Red Raiders go into the battle with a record of 0-1. London lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH)

Next, the Fighting Scots battle the Marion Harding Presidents (Marion, OH) in a Mid-Ohio Athletic contest, on Thursday, August 21. Highland will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Presidents go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH).
