August 20, 2022: Bowling Green, KY 42101 South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Spartans clash with the Central Hardin Bruins (Cecilia, KY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 20. South Warren will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Bruins come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, TN).
With the loss, Boyd County drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Blazer (Ashland, KY) to clash with the Tomcats in a District 64 match on Tuesday, August 23. The Tomcats come into the match with a record of 1-0. Blazer won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY)
