August 20, 2022: Italy, TX 76651 The Rice Bulldogs topped the host Italy Gladiators volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wortham for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 23. Rice will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Palestine (Palestine, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-12.
The Gladiators (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Bynum (Bynum, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Bynum was knocked off by Riesel (Riesel, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
