August 20, 2022: Sylacauga, AL 35150 The Sylacauga Aggies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Weaver Bearcats to 0 in the Aggies non-league victory on Saturday.
The Aggies now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Munford for a non-league game on Monday, August 22. Sylacauga will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
The Bearcats (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Alexandria (Alexandria, AL). The Valley Cubs enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Alexandria gained a win over Madison Academy (Madison, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
