August 20, 2024: Santa Teresa, NM 88021 The Loretto Angels volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Santa Teresa Desert Warriors to 0 in the Angels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Angels now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Chapin for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 22. Loretto will play a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Socorro (El Paso, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Santa Teresa drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Desert warriors host Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 27. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
