Nevada High School Volleyball - Douglas can't get by McQueen
August 20, 2024: Reno, NV 89523 McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, McQueen improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lancers host Reed (Sparks, NV) to face the Raiders in a test on Tuesday, August 27. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 0-1.
The Tigers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reed for a test on Wednesday, August 21. Douglas will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
