August 20, 2024: Killeen, TX 76543 The Killeen Kangaroos (Killeen, TX) volleyball held off the visiting University Trojans (Waco, TX), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Kangaroos now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Waco for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 22. Killeen will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gatesville (Gatesville, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, University drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Southwest (Fort Worth, TX) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, August 23. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Southwest lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX)
