August 20, 2024: Wagoner, OK 74467 Verdigris Cardinals (Claremore, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Wagoner Bulldogs (Wagoner, OK), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Verdigris improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Catoosa (Catoosa, OK) to encounter the Indians in a Green Country test on Tuesday, August 27. The Indians go into the test with a record of 6-5. Catoosa lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Rejoice Christian (Owasso, OK)
The Bulldogs now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Collinsville for a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. Wagoner will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-4.
