August 20, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89131 Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball team run past the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Lutheran for a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 27. Coronado will play a Crusaders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Durango (Las Vegas, NV). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Somerset Sky Pointe drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Centennial (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 1-1.
