North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hough winner over Lake Norman Charter
August 20, 2025: Huntersville, NC 28078 Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hough improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Huskies travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Ardrey Kell lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC)
Next, the Knights meet the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC).
