August 20, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30328 In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Mount Vernon Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the McDonough Warhawks.
The Mustangs (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA). The Royal Knights go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Elite Scholars Academy went down by Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
The Warhawks (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Cass (White, GA). The Colonels go into the non-league game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Cass went down by Heard County (Franklin, GA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
