The Smoky Mountain Mustangs smashed the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils soccer squad by a margin of 6-0 in Monday's non-league match.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Enka for a non-league match on Wednesday, August 23. Smoky Mountain will encounter a Jets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Jets record now stands at 3-0.
