August 21, 2024: Greenfield, IN 46140 Greensburg Pirates (Greensburg, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Greensburg improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Pirates host Triton Central (Fairland, IN) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 2-0. Triton Central won 2-0 in their recent league test against Covenant Christian (Indianapolis, IN)
The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Hancock for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29.
