August 21, 2024: Burnsville, NC 28714 Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Mountain Heritage advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Tuscola (Waynesville, NC) to face the Mountaineers in a non-league test on Monday, August 26. The Mountaineers go into the test with a record of 3-2. Tuscola lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC)
The Rams now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosman for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. T.C. Roberson will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
