August 21, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15209 The Shaler Area Titans soccer squad scored 1 points and held the visiting Keystone Oaks Golden Eagles to 0 in the Titans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Titans now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Plum for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. Shaler Area will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Butler (Butler, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Keystone Oaks moves to 0-1 on the year. The Golden eagles host Ellwood City (Ellwood City, PA) to play the Wolverine in a WPIAL AA 4 bout on Tuesday, August 27. The Wolverine go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Ellwood City lost 11-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA)
