California High School Volleyball - South East overwhelmed by Paramount
August 21, 2024: South Gate, CA 90280 Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host South East Jaguars (South Gate, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Paramount improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to California (Whittier, CA) to face the Condors in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Condors go into the test with a record of 0-4. California lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Sonora (La Habra, CA)
The Jaguars now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Virgin Valley for a non-league test on Friday, August 23. South East will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon (Henderson, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
