August 21, 2025: Miami, FL 33056 The Carol City Chiefs football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Hialeah Thoroughbreds to 25 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chiefs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Norland for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Carol City will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 30-29 non-league loss to Lake Mary (Lake Mary, FL). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Hialeah drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Thoroughbreds travel to Belen Jesuit (Miami, FL) to face the Wolverines in a 4A District 16 challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Wolverines go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Belen Jesuit lost 42-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
