August 21, 2025: Lexington, KY 40502 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Harrison County Thorobreds/Fillies volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Henry Clay Blue Devils.
With the win, Harrison County advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Thorobreds/Fillies host Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Pendleton County lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mason County (Maysville, KY)
Next, the Blue Devils play the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Henry Clay will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY).
