The Hilltoppers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Henderson for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. R-S Central will meet a Knights squad coming off a 34-6 non-league loss to Enka (Enka, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, McDowell falls to 0-1 on the year. The Titans host Asheville (Asheville, NC) to face the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Asheville lost 22-0 in their recent non-league challenge against East Rutherford (Bostic, NC)
