August 21, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28270 The Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association Stallions (Concord, NC) soccer nipped the host Charlotte Christian Knights (Charlotte, NC), 4-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Stallions now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Statesville Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 25. Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Metrolina Christian Academy was nipped by Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC), 5-1, in a non-league contest.
