Michigan High School Soccer - Northwest nudges Pinckney
August 21, 2025: Jackson, MI 49201 Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) and the visiting Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI), witnessed Northwest's soccer squad nudge Pinckney by a score of 3-2.
The Mounties (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Grass Lake got by Leslie (Leslie, MI), 8-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) in a Southeastern - White outing, on Saturday, August 23. Pinckney will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Dreadnaughts go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI).
