In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Sanderson Spartans soccer team scored a close 4-0 triumph over the West Johnston Wildcats.

With the triumph, Sanderson moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the Colts in a non-league test on Friday, August 22. The Colts come into the test with a record of 2-0. Cape Fear won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Union Pines (Cameron, NC)
