Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) supporters exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO), 5-1 in a non-league match.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Broomfield (Broomfield, CO). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Broomfield nipped Elizabeth (Elizabeth, CO), 9-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 22. Lutheran will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
