Texas High School Volleyball - Beaumont United over Nimitz
August 21, 2025: Beaumont, TX In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Beaumont United Timberwolves volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Nimitz Cougars.
The Timberwolves (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Kirbyville was beaten by Warren (Warren, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sweeny for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Nimitz will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Palacios (Palacios, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.
