In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bellmont Braves volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Knights.

The Braves (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Yorktown (Yorktown, IN). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Yorktown achieved victory over Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Knights now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leo for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Fort Wayne Bishop Luers will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
