In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Boyd Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Decatur Eagles.

The Yellowjackets (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Liberty Hill was edged by Austin (Austin, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
