The Edinburg Bobcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Cuero Gobblers to 0 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bobcats now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to MacArthur for a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. Edinburg will clash with a Brahmas team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Luling (Luling, TX). The Brahmas record now stands at 6-3.
