August 21, 2025: Sugar Land, TX 77487 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) and the host Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX), observed Frenship's volleyball team top Fort Bend Kempner by a tally of 2-0.
The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Chisholm Trail was beaten by Boswell (Fort Worth, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keller Central for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Fort Bend Kempner will encounter a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ryan (Denton, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 8-4.
