August 22, 2023: El Paso, TX 79928 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Horizon Scorpions (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), saw Horizon's volleyball squad beat Riverside by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Horizon upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Pebble Hills won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Eastwood (El Paso, TX)
The Rangers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Austin for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29.
