North Carolina High School Soccer - Wesleyan Christian Academy Covenant Day
August 22, 2023: High Point, NC 27262 Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Cary Academy Chargers (Cary, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 25. Wesleyan Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 4-0 non-league win over St. David's (Raleigh, NC).
The Lions now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Legion Collegiate Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 25. Covenant Day will confront a Lancers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Lancers record now stands at 1-0.
