Texas High School Volleyball - Centerville nudged by Mildred
August 22, 2023: Centerville, TX 75833 The Mildred Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Centerville Tigers to 2 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Avalon for a non-league game on Thursday, August 24. Mildred will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Itasca (Itasca, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-0.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Shepherd was nudged by Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX), 3-2, in a non-league game.
