August 22, 2023: Benton, KY 42025 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Christian Fellowship Eagles (Benton, KY) and the visiting Murray Tigers (Murray, KY), saw Christian Fellowship's volleyball squad beat Murray by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Christian Fellowship upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Community Christian (Paducah, KY) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 4-0.
The Tigers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Graves County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. Murray will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
