Minnesota High School Soccer - Rogers knocks off Brainerd
August 22, 2024: Rogers, MN 55374 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Rogers Royals (Rogers, MN) and the visiting Brainerd Warriors (Brainerd, MN), saw Rogers's soccer squad triumph over Brainerd by a count of 5-0.
The Royals (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Osseo (Osseo, MN). The Orioles enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Osseo tipped Moorhead (Moorhead, MN), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) in a Class AA Section 8 battle, on Tuesday, August 27. Brainerd will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Spuds enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Osseo (Osseo, MN).
