Kentucky High School Soccer - Gallatin County toppled by Campbell County
August 22, 2024: Warsaw, KY 41095 Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Gallatin County Wildcats (Warsaw, KY), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Campbell County advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Camels travel to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 2-1. George Rogers Clark won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette (Lexington, KY)
The Wildcats now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Owen County for a District 31 test on Monday, August 26. Gallatin County will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Carroll County (Carrollton, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 0-3.
