Kentucky High School Soccer - Bardstown knocks off Anderson County
August 22, 2024: Bardstown, KY 40004 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Bardstown Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Anderson County Bearcats.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY). The Eagles/Banshees go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record.
The Bearcats now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Woodford County for a non-league match on Tuesday, August 27. Anderson County will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-0.
