August 22, 2024: Beckley, WV 25801 Hurricane Redskins (Hurricane, WV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hurricane moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to clash with the Red Dragons in a test on Tuesday, August 27. The Red Dragons come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Flying Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cabell Midland for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3.
