In their next game, the Tigers play the Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. McClain will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Mohawks go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 42-19 non-league loss to Piketon (Piketon, OH).
With the defeat, Adena drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH) to meet the Hornets in a non-league test on Friday, August 29.
