Kentucky High School Football - Campbellsville can't hold off Bell County
August 22, 2025: Campbellsville, KY 42718 Bell County Bobcats (Pineville, KY) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Campbellsville Eagles (Campbellsville, KY), 30-24 in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perry County Central for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Bell County will meet a Commodores squad coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to North Laurel (London, KY). The Commodores record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Campbellsville drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY) to meet the Titans in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Titans go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Mercer County lost 66-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)
