Kentucky High School Football - Marion County sneaks past Bethlehem
August 22, 2025: Lebanon, KY 40033 The Marion County Knights football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees to 21 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Knox Central for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Marion County will face a Panthers team coming off a 34-22 non-league loss to Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
The Eagles/Banshees (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington County (Springfield, KY). The Commanders go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Washington County nipped Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY), 21-14, in a non-league challenge.
