Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Weber Warriors (Pleasant View, UT), 38-31 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Brighton improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bengals host Ridgeline (Millville, UT) to play the Riverhawks in a non-league battle on Friday, August 29. The Riverhawks come into the test with a record of 2-0. Ridgeline won 39-3 in their recent non-league test against Park City (Park City, UT)

With the defeat, Weber drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Roy (Roy, UT) to meet the Royals in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Royals come into the test with a record of 0-2. Roy lost 37-12 in their recent non-league test against Syracuse (Syracuse, UT)
