In Friday's non-league match, the host Dillard Panthers football team scored a big 39-0 win over the Dr. Phillips Panthers.

With the win, Dillard improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers host Northeast (Oakland Park, FL) to play the Hurricanes in a 4A District 14 battle on Friday, September 5. The Hurricanes go into the battle with a record of 0-1.

The Panthers now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host University for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Dr. Phillips will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 44-0 non-league loss to Leesburg (Leesburg, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
