North Dakota High School Football - Surrey loses to Divide County
August 22, 2025: Crosby, ND 58730 Divide County Maroons (Crosby, ND) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Surrey Mustangs (Surrey, ND), 43-20 in a league match.
The Maroons (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn (Westhope, ND). The Sioux enter the 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn thwarted Kenmare/Bowbells/Burke Central (Kenmare, ND), 42-22, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] Bombers (Berthold, ND) in a 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) match, on Friday, August 29. Surrey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bombers enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 44-12 league loss to Alexander (Alexander, ND).
