The Montgomery Catholic Knights felled the visiting Saint James Trojans football team by a score of 32-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Montgomery Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Fighting Saints come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 61-21 non-league win over Jemison (Jemison, AL).

With the defeat, Saint James drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, August 29.
